Mr. Jules Schwartz

Jules Schwartz is the former dean and a professor emeritus of Boston University’s School of Management. Previously he was on the faculty of the Wharton School. He has consulted and led seminars in North America and throughout Asia and Europe for many of the Fortune 500, internationals. An authority on corporate restructuring, he has served as an expert witness and a trustee in bankruptcy in a number of major cases. He has also been a director of several companies and was the Public Governor of the Boston Stock Exchange. He conducts sessions for major law firms on forensic accounting and due diligence.
