Hiring Faculty for SCIP CIP™ Certification Conferred by ACI Program

SCIP and ACI have created a joint venture to offer the SCIP CIPTM Certification. The joint venture allows for an expanded opportunity for new faculty to teach in the program, particularly outside of the United States.

Qualifications: There are 2 main qualifications we are looking for—

1. Relevant deep and wide experience (cross-industry preferred; practitioners or consultants are welcome to apply
2. Teaching experience, as well as a passion for teaching excellence
3. Writing in the field is a plus

SCIP and The Academy will then invite a few finalists to attend the Academy’s training in the US or Europe tuition free (but at their own traveling and lodging expense), and to spend time with the course leader. The Academy will then select the new faculty based on demonstrated superb communication skills and analytical thinking. The new faculty will be paid SCIP’s rates, and will be provided with all the classroom material by the Academy. The courses will be organized and marketed by SCIP. While some tailoring of material to local experiences is encouraged, the course syllabus must conform to the Academy’s teaching so that students can pass the qualifying exam to receive the CIP certificate. Chosen faculty will have to conform to the Academy’s teaching schedule and will have to be available for in-house teaching assignments (to be scheduled in concert with the faculty member).
