Mr. Chender has been involved with knowledge and competitive-based solutions for over 30 years. He is the founder and CEO of Coemergence Inc., developers of a breakthrough class of early warning business solutions. He is also the founder and chairman of Metals Economics Group (MEG) a leader in competitor intelligence and strategic information products and services for the global mining industry since 1981.

Mr. Chender has been integral in the development of a number of innovative information approaches, including Coemergence’s ACIS® - a system which provides the key to the early detection of significant opportunities and threats by effectively capturing critical human intelligence and weaving it with internal expertise, industry data, news and external information. He also chairs the non-profit Shambhala Institute, a forum for leading organizational learning consultants to explore new frontiers of collaborative learning.
