Autumn 2008 Public Seminar Registration Form - for courses in the U.S.

This registration form is for courses in the U.S. To register by fax or mail, print out the PDF version of the registration form and follow the directions on it. Registration for spring 2009 seminars in Europe will begin in Mid-November. Course dates are available.

Your registration fee includes all seminar materials, lunch, and refreshments each day. It does not include sleeping rooms, but we have reserved a block of rooms in each hotel at special prices. Your registration confirmation letter will have complete hotel information. Unless otherwise indicated in the catalog course description, seminars will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Complimentary continental breakfast will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Please be ready to begin the seminar at 8:30 a.m. sharp. Dress is casual business attire. ACI reserves the right to substitute speakers when necessary. No audio or video recording of the seminar is allowed. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. All payments must be paid no later than ten working days before the seminar. We accept checks, bank transfers, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Checks should be made out to: Fuld-Gilad-Herring Academy of Competitive Intelligence. Your tuition is fully refundable if we receive your cancellation notice up to ten working days before the seminar. Registrations cancelled with notice of less than ten working days are liable for the full registration fee and will receive a credit toward another equivalent ACI seminar, but will not receive a refund. By registering for any of the Fuld Gilad Herring Academy of Competitive Intelligence courses, you grant permission to the Academy to video or audio tape any part or all of the courses in which you attend, and use the materials as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to any promotional or training materials.
